"Dallas" is geographically one of the bigger cities in North America.

Can you tell me where they are going to be staying and/or attending?

I eat out about three night's a week. Know them all, from quaint to high end. There is a new restuarant almost in the center of town about 1/2 mile from the American Airlines center and right across from the Crescent hotel. It is called Ocean -Prime, three great bars, great steaks and seafood,A real good place to eat and watch. It has quickly become one of our favorites. The second choice would be Al Biernat's Restuarant. Troy Aikman goes there about twice a week, one of his favorites. It is on Oak Lawn about five minutes from Ocean Prime. In the middle of Highland Park.Need in other info Email me.The others mentioned are good ,but i think being part of a chain diminishes them a little.

The mortons im dallas is not even in the top ten... The best steak houses in Dallas is Bob's Steak and Chop house on Lemmon or Del Frisco near Galleria. I do tons of dinners for clients. Trust me. There is also a Bob's in Plano.

It's just a matter of opion, but i don't even think Bob's compares to any of the others anymore. Since he filed for bankruptcy and new owner's took it over, he is just a fugure head. A real tool, owes every book from one end of Texas to the other. That's what caused his downfall.

There is a Papa's Bros close to Irving. It is at Loop12 and NW Hwy.

Yeah, that's very convenient to Irving, which I am going to confidently guess means the Las Colinas business area. (North side of Irving on Hwy 114

Hwy 114 going east towards downtown Dallas would dump you into that zone where Papa's Bros sits within five miles or less. Lots of decent bars along Northwest Highway as well, and there's also a big ass AMC 24 movie theatre for anyone that might be into including that for their night hours.

just saw this thread. If you are still looking for a place then Bobs is your answer. forget III forks and nine and all that. This is the best and a "real" steak house. The owner is a degenerate but he runs the place right. Walls are all thoroughbred horses win photos. The bar is lively while you wait for your table. The original is on Lemmon. But there is also one in Plano and Colleyville.

This is hans down. There are tons of great steak places in Dallas but this is what they are looking for.
