I personally Check the boxes for
Accept Cookies From Sites
Accept third party cookies
and
Keep Until > I CLOSE FIREFOX
That last option (via a small dropdown menu) does just as it says - clears all cookies each time you close down Firefox
I also use
Clear History when Firefox Closes
Though I do (higher up on that tab)
*Remember My Browsing History for "90 days"
*Remember Download History
This is especially a help when using a website with constantly updating links. I can then see which ones I may have already visited
