Really if you could not bet on these type of games, would you even watch a complete game.Really imo no games means crap until Bama and Texas take the field.Just never have understand all the hype in these type of games, with so many bowls games now and for a team to be 6-6 and in a game, damn to me it take away from the bowl itself.....ck

Well if your going to put it like that, then I wouldn't watch any sports besides my home teams if I couldn't bet. Bowl games are great because you have extra time to study the games and there is the element of who does and who doesn't want to be there. Bowl games can be a huge money maker and if your trying to say the Rose, Sugar, Fiesta, Orange and some other bowls don't matter to teams then you are 100% wrong. Bowl Season to me is just as good as the NCAA tournament. If you feel this way about Bowl games outside of the National Championship then you should feel this way about regular season games that have two teams going up against each other that have no shot at getting to the National Championship.

I would not watch all the games-probably not even half.
However, there are some good match-ups that I would watch thru
for the fun of it.

I guess what im trying to say if we have say 12 major bowls or less it would be a lot more exciting, but to have 35 and every tom.dick and harry to be in one it take away from the bowl season to me.just my opinion that all and you know what they say about a opinion.ck

Its all about money, and the "bowl experience". Its fun IMO to see matchups that you wouldn't usually see during the regular season. Plus like I mentioned there is money to be made.

I would absolutely watch a whole lot of the games, especially the ones involving better teams from BCS conferences. Good OOC games are very rare during the regular season.

Of course, without action, I probably would be watching fewer games. If I'm in front of the TV however, chances are I'll watch any decent sporting event over most other options.

I watch as many as I can. It's the Super Bowl for these kids, especially the ones playing the last organized game of their life.

I read an article last year about the revenue Bowl Games create for the surrounding areas in which they are played in. I think in todays world, the schools play close to 34 Bowl Games. When you factor in the parents of the players, students, band memebers, alumni and boosters, all have to have lodging and meals and then throw in souvenirs and mad money etc and it was really staggering how many million and millions and MILLIONS of dollars the Bowl Games Generate.

wyo/fresno. the game has been analyzed up and down on this very site. we're here to gamble. no gambling, no way i watch this. now i'm jacked up, i'm down. this game is huge. lol. no such thing as gambling, teeny ratings. lots of tickets being wrote on this game at this very moment. imo, most folks from fresno don't even watch this game unless they have a bet.

also, if we didn't have these bowls today, there would be no football to wager on today, until saints/cowboys. so's i say yes, all of these bowls are good. esp, say u have one of these obscure bowls handicapped to the hilt (almost typoed tilt).

remember when the nfl would play 2 games on sat afternoon, when the college football reg season had concluded?

I don't care about watching it, one bit, once a bet is made on it....unless live betting or betting H2. Watching won't change the final. I never did like watching football.
