I deposited 100 into BetFair via neteller and now have a balance of $88.
I am unable to withdraw my money because they say they cannot verify my age. I sent them my National Identity Card in my country, which they do not deem valid. They request either a drivers license, passport, or citizenship certificate, and I have none of those.
The ID card sent id THE official ID of my country and indicates my photo & dob. The great majority of the population do not drive or travel or possess citizen certificates.
I just want my $88 back into neteller, who have already verified my age. Neteller accepts my ID card, so why should Betfair not?
If they are so doubtful of my age, they shouldn't have accepted my money.
