regular mail, I'd expect 7-14 days. I never heard of anybody getting delayed much....I've done that !

Fed-ex should get there within 7 days, maybe 3 ?
I'd go regular, IMO ! It often doesn't matter, or a day at most.
If like 5k, then tracking is helpful.
