CBB- Blackout Restrictions?

Can someone explain to me why games on Directv that air on Fox Sports, Florida, NW and some other channels are blacked out?

For example today, the Miami-FAU and Uf/Richmond and WSU/PSU game was blacked out?

I have the Sportpack and ESPN Full-Court. I can understand blackouts for the local market, but why would a game need to blacked out in Texas for a college game in FL?

never understood it myself, and when i called directv they were clueless.

i've missed a few west coast games due to blackout.

No, there is no Fox sports package. I have sports pack and the Full-Court.

This happens all the time during ACC/SEC games during conference play, unless they are on Full-Court.

Can't understand this one bit.
