GB would play @Arizona in round 1 of the playoffs...

GB's last game of the season is @ Arizona also...

Has this ever happened before in the NFL that playoff teams meet in the regular season finale and week 1 of the playoffs? Seems like it would make for some interesting coaching, play calling, game planning and such...

You only mentioned half of what makes it interesting. Philly would play Dallas, and they also meet up in week 17.
