Hey guys, going out to Vegas in May...my third time but will be with a couple people who haven't been. It's myself, my buddy and our girlfriends. The girls want a very good pool to hang out by, my buddy and I will be gambling up and down the strip.

I've been checking out hotels that would work....right now the MGM looks the best as far as price and a good pool goes. Any feedback on that hotel?

Never stayed at MGM. The place is too damn big. Luxor has a decent, albeit plain, pool with some cheap rooms. The location blows.

Are you Paying for your Hotel ?? If so....What is MGM getting ?

If it anywhere near $100 a Night... Go to te Mirage !
I don't think, there's a better Pool area around. The Girls will Love it !

MGM $137 a night, Flamingo $170 a night, Mirage $178, Luxor $209.

Just giving an idea for those interested.

$178 ?? Is that a weekend rate ?

I just checked on Vegas .com

$132 a night

Now not sure what date you are looking at, but I would double check that price.

MGM is solid. Good pool, not great, but won't be a disapointment.

I prefer the Mirage which is a little more expensive usually, but I like the location better personally. Mirage has a really nice pool. Great vibe at that pool.

Flamingo has great pool and great location but isn't quite as nice as the other two.

If you can get into the Bellagio for a decent rate, much better hotel and the girls will like the pool way better, you can get the best of both. girls will like the hotel and pool and you will be in the center strip.

Hard Rock has the best pool in Vegas bar none but it's a younger crwod

It depends on your age. If you are 20-40, then MGM Grand is the choice. That is the best hotel for that age goup.
