Below is the breakdown of how I cap different sports. Would you say I am a good capper ? And if not, what am I doing wrong ?

NFL 5 to 15 minutes/game depending on what I see on my initial glance of the game. If I think there is potential I will spend up to 15 minutes if I don't then I am done in about 5.

NCAA Football 3 to 10 minutes/game. Quickly go through the list of games and am looking for something in particular, if I see it then I will spend up to 10 minutes on the game, if not I am done in about 3 just because of way too many games usually. Earlier in the season I tend to spend a bit more time just because you normally don't have alot of real information to go with and are looking alot at team rosters, depth, etc. but as the season goes on you get a better idea of what a team is about with actual results to by and tendencies.

NCAA Basketball quickest of all the sports that I care about. It is strictly a mathematical formula I use with situations being factored in and this doesn't take much time at all. But because of how many teams there are in college basketball I tend to only focus in on the bigger conferences and the bigger smaller conferences if that makes any sense.

MLB usually 2 to 10 minutes/game. I can knock off the games I don't like very quickly and then will spend more time on the games that I do like.

NHL not much time usually. I go through the list of games very quickly the first time and if something catches my attention then I will spend 5-10 minutes on that game but because I don't bet alot of NHL anymore and because I am spending alot of time during the week with NFL, and the college sports this has become the lowest amount of time I devote to all the sports.

Without having seen any of your bets I would guess that you probably win close to 50% of your pointspread bets and lose 50%. Eventually the juice will catch up to you and slowly eat away your bankroll.

It doesnt matter if you spend 5 minutes or 5 hours capping a game. You will not overcome the juice longterm. Very few can do it. I dont believe that you're one of them.

I think you should keep doing exactly what you're doing, but when you come up with a play, bet the other side. Good Luck.

Handicapping is like lovemaking. You cannot quantify how long it should take. It takes what it takes. GL with your selections.

make sure that when you flip the coin, to take the randomness out, do 10 flips....heads for the home team, tails for the visitor. obviously, the more flips one side gets, the stronger the play. if, after doing 10 flips, there is a tie, then you go into a flip off, which should be a best of 5.

i have spent years perfecting this system, and if you'd like to learn more, please check out my book "Flipping For Riches", and if you act now, i will throw in a free video "Behind the Scenes -- Flipping the Hot Ones" absolutely free....
