To cut down from drinking a 12 pack a day to 6, try to keep my own money instead of giving it to the casino once a week, and increase the size of my shaft by at least 5 to 6 inches.:puppy:

Started at 233 lbs. on November 14. Today I weigh 201. I joined a gym and I go every night after work and do 4 miles on the treadmill and then do some weight lifting. I have completely eliminated sugar and most carbs from my diet and I have not felt this good in 20 years. My goal is to get down to 185. I love eating healthy and working out. I was addicted to junk food. My blood pressure was extremely high and is now in normal range. It's so nice to be active again.

but seriously now...

1) Continue restoration of health by getting Lower dental done to match recently restored Uppers.

2) See an ENT and get my ears cleaned.

And before anyone laughs, you would likely be shocked at just how much of a buildup in ear wax ensues if you and/or a qualifed doctor have not cleaned them in many years (my case over 20). Will help a lot with my, or anyone else's hearing. Far too often in past couple years I felt "old" because I have not been hearing as well as I used to. A medical doctor friend of mine recommended the above simple course of action and so it's on my list.

Soon, I will again have the hearing of a 40 Year old!

3) Expand my privately owned business operations. We started to do that last spring, but then tabled our plans so that SheBar could change employers (which she did to our great benefit) and I could increase my lawn/garden biz by at least 20% (also accomplished).

3a) Take the increased revenues from expanding business ops and channel it into our once-again healthy* 401K.

===
*Like many of you, our 401K balance took a major hit in the last three quarters of 2008 (An overall 30% drop for ours). Good news is that in the first three quarters of 2009, we literally recovered it all and are about 10% ahead of where we were on Dec 31, 2007.

Best wishes to all my Rx friends and brethern for a positive and growth-oriented (self and business) 2010

Become debt-free.

This is high on my list. Debt is a killer to your future. We are close to being out. Right now I want money in the bank. I could just pay everything off now but don't want to.

Gat a job or start a business. Find atleast 2-3 locations for my vending machines.

Lose 20 lbs.
