Excellent finish to a game played on a sloppy field as LSU and Penn St battle to the last second with Penn St winning on a late field goal 19-17...

Hats off to both teams, they both played IMHO their hearts out..Tough game for LSU to lose after coming back and taking the lead in the 4th quarter.

LSU playing with their 3rd string running back Steven Ridley could only manage 43 yards rushing against a stout Penn St defense.

Northwestern plays Auburn even
Penn State beats LSU

If Ohio State beats Oregon, they will have had a very good conference showing.

MINNESOTA loses by one point to IOWA STATE
NORTHWESTERN loses in OT to AUBURN

Overall, a better than average performance thus far for the Big Ten Conference.

Michigan State and Iowa still have their bowl games remaining.
