Cincy has a quick and high scoring squad but they apparently are outclassed physically against the battle tested Gators.
The Bearcats are all bitter that their head coach Brian Kelly deserted them for the top job at Notre Dame before finishing the season. Long time offensive coordinator Jeff Quinn will handle just this one game as HC because he is taking the top job at U of Buffalo effective immediately after the game.
Central Michigan's Butch Jones will take over The Bearcats for the 2010 season but will just be an onlooker tonight. Quinn worked with Kelly for 22 years and has a hot QB in Tony Pike and a playmaking receiver in Mardy Gilyard. Cincinnati ranks first in the country in passing efficiency and sixth in total offense ready to duel the great Tim Tebow and a still despite the Bama loss loaded team of Gators in his last game at Florida.
Cincinnati could compete but are facing a quality defense that they have yet to see during their 12-0 season. Pike could be over-matched against the Gator Defense...Tebow, rumor has it is determined to end his fantastic career a winner...
Throw all this in with what will be Urban Meyer's last game as Gator HC until his health improves. Meyer goes on sabbatical following the game, offensive coordinator Steve Addazio will run the team for Meyer while he recovers.
