With a same day payout and $23 for a MG you did way better than me. The last week in Dec I asked for a payout and they said no checks can be sent this month. (Was told when I deposited that 1 per month would be free and I said MoneyGram and he said "we do MG"). They would send me a MG for $51. A check couldnt be sent until Jan 4th. So I said ok send me the check Jan 4th. You will have to contact us back on the 4th was their reply. At first they were going to charge me $50 for the check but when I mentioned I was due a free one they changed and said ok, you qualify for a free one but you will have to contact us on the 4th for that. Then they said we can only send you a check for $500. That was the final straw for me. I managed to keep my cool with the cs rep but I said forget the check, send me the money gram for the full amount right away. I was transferred to another rep and was told call back tomorrow after 2:00 pm and get the MG info. I did so and received my money then. I thought those conditions completely unacceptable for a supposedly 1st class book. No checks in December and $51 for a MG that cost me 9 or $10 to send to them and they said it was more from Costa Rica. What a bunch of BS. The sad part is I wanted to be a long time client of theirs but they chased me away with that stuff.
