Which place is better overall?
I think the Pastrami at both places are a wash. But The Hat has better Turkey compared to to that dry shit you get at Tommy Pastrami's.
Bigger portions and cheaper prices at The Hat. But Tommy has Corned beef which is a plus in my book.
Chili Cheese Fries at The Hat are a monster. You can easily feed 4-5 people from one order of the Chili Cheese Fries and it only costs $4.79.
