I was on Costa Rican earthquake on 1990, 7.2 Richter and it lasted 45 sec. I guarantee its Awful!!! Hope California people is better now.., aftershocks are common after a strong earthquake

That is the ONLY quake that has ever managed to scare me...after about 20 secs I decided to actually go to the yard......the floor was shaking so badly that it knocked me down
After that one.......everything else has always felt like small potatoes
