2- chalk. W/our current problems in BOTH lines, but especially the OL, I can see a DD L. Unless we get EVERY break & #4 has the game of his life & also AD, IMO we're fucked! W/Ware & Spencer blowing up our protection, it could get ugly. I guess the guys that really need to have the GOL is Big Mac, Load, & Hutch. Just don't see it happening. But then, I HAVE seen 4, count em 4 SB losses. So very pessimistic on this one. I was praying for a Philly miracle.hno:

The Vikes in The Metrodome should never be discounted regardless of the competition. Sure The Cowboys look to be on a very serious roll but of their four straight wins two have been against a disorganized Eagles team in Dallas, a 4-12 Redskins team and a Saints team that had the #1 seed clinched.

The Cowboys were beaten by the New York Giants twice this year which says that despite all the hoopla over last night's win they still can be had. Should be one hell of a football game...

I don't know what the Cowboy's record is against Fabre, but it is pretty good. I have seen him play some of his worst games against the Boy's. He seems to get the deer in the headlites look.

The thing is the Giants are a bad matchup for the Cowboys, just like the Eagles are for the Giants.

Wil My Man Don't Confuse

my (our) paranoia w/facts. We feel much more comfortable in the "Oh no not again" role!! I expect the line to move the Boys way. You guys are missing the point, it's not Favre but the OL and lack of protection & run blocking the last 6 wks. Also Henderson is a huge loss, and Winfield is still not up to par. Hope the wk off helps.:toast:

Cowboys lack of discipline will haunt them throughout the off season. The noise level in the dome will cause too many Dallas penalties and will ultimately destroy their chances of winning. Line is small enough to take the Vikes.

Dallas didn't have a huge problem with penalties against New Orleans.

Dallas got the benefit of playing the Eagles twice in a row....congrats on their first playoff win in 13 years, it might be another 13 before the Boys will get another...

We Can Kick This Around All Wk

and it's fun. One reason I come here (RX), to BS w/you guys. And I do hope I'm wrong. I usually NEVER let my heart overrule my brain (what's left), but here I have to. I'm not betting this most important game just watching. IF by some chance we (Vikes) do win, then I'll be skyhigh!

But, for the sake of the argument, what makes anyone think that Mn 2 tackles, Mac & the Load will be able to handle the Boys rush? Spencer, Ware, Ratliff etc., have been playing lights out, and I see a very long day for #4. And don't tell me about the Mn run game, that's been almost nonexistant for 6 wks. I DO see Shiancoe getting a zillion chances as Favre's "hot read". We'll see, a great wkend coming up. BOL to all you guys @ my home away from home!!:toast:
