What NBA player is currently #1 in the plus/minus category right now?
(If you get this you are good)
Just to let you know:
2.) Kobe Bryant
3.) Ron Artest
4.) LeBron James
5.) Josh Smith

But who is number 1?

Answer will come a little bit later on...

I could make a strong argument for Josh Smith here .

Yes, it's Varejoa...I though that was pretty interesting. Surprised the hell out of me.

It's simply some crazy coincidence that Verajo is #1 or even in the top 100.

Maybe he missed most of the same games LeBron missed.

He's nothing more than a fouling machine.....

It's all about efficiency...look at how efficient he is at shooting, rebounding, not turning the ball over, etc. And the stats you quote are only 30 minutes per game...

They're OK, but the stats themselves don't look that efficient. 51.6% FG is OK, but nothing special for a big man. 8 rebs in 30 mins? Decent. Not special. He plays on the right team and probably plays with Lebron most of the time. The stat is less about efficiency than it is about the players you play with.

just watch more than 1 cavs game and you will see the difference this guy makes..he doesnt need to score to have an impact. He is scrappy and gets to all the loose balls and he frustrates other teams on the defensive end.

in my opinion he should get votes for sixth man of the year...just watch the guy play and i guarantee you would want him on your team

I'm with ya Romeclone. You have to watch him every day to appreciate what he does for the Cavs. The Cavs aren't all Lebron like a lot of people think. This stat did surprise me though. If he could improve his foul shooting he would be really, really tough.
