Are There Any Books That Allow/Have Open Teasers Over The Internet?

The only book that I know of is Rebate Wager.....But on two team teasers they will grade a win and a push as a loss. Which is a deal breaker for me and not acceptable no matter how it is spun or rationalized. So after reading that bit of info on their website wager rules section, I find myself looking to see if any other book has this option. Most make you call in over the phone. Being able to place an open teaser wager over the net would be more convenient. Anyone know of any other outs besides them that offers this over the net? Thanks in advance for any info. Very much appreciated.

I don't think they are available anymore. I learned my lesson in the early 80's

Fellas, thanks for the feedback. Have decided to give Rebate Wager a try for these after all.
