I think it's pretty good. I just finished it. He definitely names names among the referee ranks. I think he just confirmed what most of us have known about the NBA during the TV era for years...that the league asks refs to extend series', have big-market teams advance, and star players protected....big surprise. But to my recollection the only ref to come out and say it. He also said how easy it was for refs to do. And he talks about 'the culture of fraud' in the NBA.
And it's also the story of about how he messed up his life due to gambling.
NBA refs make pretty good money. Around 250k and can get up to 100k if they ref up to the finals. And there are only 60 of them. He lost it all.
All in all I think it's a real good read.

I think I will give it a read. I got interested in his story when I saw him on Sixty Minutes.

A lot of self biographical stuff in there. I think I really enjoyed like 30 pages of the book, when he was talking about the NBA refs and what not - That's what I bought the book for.

I feel mislead about what the book was going to be about.
