story of 3 gambling addicts just came on 1 of the guys is a big sports bettor looks like it might be a good watch if anyone is interested on MTV :lol:

I have seen this one. Its not bad but the kids are young and gambling has yet to disrupt their lives too much. One of them actually seems to know what he is doing when it comes to poker. The other gambles his mothers money without looking at his whole cards. He was just playing for the cameras, I think.

the 1 kid had to move away from home and live at a rehab center for 4 weeks he lost 40,000$ at 18 years old in the casino :lol: (thats sick)

I thought it was 10G's. Either way, he seemed to be the only one wanting to get help. Funny how the others at the rehab center were 50 yrs old.

When I was in college(1970-75), I made these kids look like they were in the minor leagues. Nobody was in action like I was. Sad. Somehow I turned things around. I count my lucky stars every day.

My 1st thought about this kid was how do you start gambling and in your first year seriously quit and go to rehab. WHEN YOU ABSOLUTELY SUCK!

I'd laughed at the scene when dude was walking into the casino and said "I have $200 with me, but I'm only gambling with $40".

Obviously, a short time later he is down $200.

I do remember, I didn't watch a lot of tv as a kid but I did always catch headbangers ball at the pool hall and at buddies houses.

Making the video.. when they started doing that the whole network went down hill

i thought it was funny that the guy who made the $6,000 bet was playing poker online and it said it was a play table and that its wasnt a real money table...found that funny so i doubt he really made that 6g bet when he was playing poker for free

He goes to pick up 6k and ends up laying it all...that was stupid. He should have bet on UNC to minimize his risk.
