• Simply Pick 3 Sides, Totals, Moneylines, Or Run Lines From The Lines Posted (3 Plays Total) Along With Tiebreaker​
• These Selections Will Act As A 3-Team Parlay​
• The Player To Hit All 3 Picks & Have The Highest Parlay-Payout Will Be The Daily $25 Bonus Play Winner​
• As A Bonus The Player Who Hits The Highest Parlay-Payout For Each Month Will Win $100​
• You MUST post the Rotation Numbers AND Juice For Each Of Your 3 Plays Posted Or Entry Will Be Disqualified​
• Contest Closes At 5:00 pm Eastern Each Day​
• You Cannot Play Games Which Have Already Started​
• Some Lines May Not Be Available At Time Of Posting​
• All Prizes Are Bonus Plays With 6x Rollover​
• You Must Have Put In $25 Of Action 1-7 Days Prior Of Each Contest Day To Win 100% Of Prize Or Only 20% Is Awarded​
• $100 Of Action Is Required For The Month To Win $100 End Of Month Prize Or Only 20% Is Awarded​

I assume the "juice" mentioned in the contest announcement is whatever is available at Phoenix at the time one makes one's entry to the contest. If this is the case the contest will be hard to grade equitably since the contest grader will have to verify that the juice entered is indeed what was available at Phoenix at the time. Of course Phoenix would benefit from the extra traffic that the contestants will generate by having to check the current Phoenix lines. There is nothing wrong with that. Whether $25 possible for checking all kind of lines at Phoenix is deemed worthwhile by many people is a question they have to answer. I personally expect to participate because I don't have anything better to do but that is another matter.
