Never heard of the anti-gambling act but nothing has been "thrown aside"
The UIGEA Act has been delayed another 6 months but since the banks dont know a damn thing about it anyway you find some doing more than the law would require already....

There are ways around it. All you have do is spoof a Canadian IP address and set up a private mail box in Canada at one of those mail box places. There are more people than you can imagine in the US playing on Pinnacle. Just takes a little programming knowledge.
