Hooked up with some friends last evening. A nice mix of men and woman and every single person (12-14 people) were divorced or separated. All about my age (48). It seem everyone I know has split up, in the process of splitting up, some for a second time or in unhappy marriages and are cheating on each other. My parents have been married for 65 years. Is it just to easy now to say screw it I'm unhappy and move on to the next person.

Life is a story of give and takes. I have been married for 16 years this june. I have a very hot 39yr old wife. 2 kids that are 12,14. Is life perfect NO. BUT I am 39, have hot wife and someone to talk to about issues and 2 great kids to watch grow up! Would it be nice to not have to deal with some of the wifes bullshit? Sure, but things always look better on the other side! So i will keep the family and enjoy growning old watching my kids grow up into adults and have a parner that knows what i like and someone i can talk to!

With my wife for 21 years. Started dating in 11 grade. Very happy and have 4 kids. The problem with a lot of married couples is they look what they can get out of the marriage and not what they can give. My wife and I have been happily married for 25 years. We have two kids who are very different from each other but we love them dearly. When I got married I saw it as a committment to stay together and work things out for life. If you have a fight with your wife, I think you got to allow each other to get all the anger out, talk about it, and then move on. As painful as it is you have to be willing on occasion to compromise or even give in. Over the years, there have been some mighty fine looking women who I've thought about, but my wife is so sweet to me there is no way I am going down that road. I'm happy much more than not so I think it's gonna be till death do us part.
