Buddy Diliberto...Took Haps place and was another great fan...Promised he would dance in a dress down Bourbon St. if the Saints ever won a Super Bowl.....He passed away also before he saw his dream....(Bobby Hebert has taken Buddys place and will dance down Bourbon in a dress in his memory.
