I deposited $150 and now I'm a little over $2,000 and want to withdrawal. I sent in my forms today but on the back of my card the last two digits of my security code isn't showing. Anyone ever have a problem with this? I don't really trust this book so I guess i'll be sweating the payout until the check cashes. That is if I can ever get it out of the book.

call them annonymously as if you are a new client inquiring about opening an account and ask what the max daily/wekly payout is via WU.
then call back ask to speak with a supervisor and get it sent western union. don't try cancelling the check payout just say you want another one.

I agree. If need be, tell the supervisor you need the money to pay bills, but plan on depositing when you get paid next. Do whatever you can to dupe them into thinking you aren't done with them for good.
If, and when, you get paid, avoid them and re-up into 5dimes, the greek ,betjamaica, BetPhoenix, or another legitimate sportsbook.
Also, as JGSB said, try and get a western union withdrawl, as it can't be bounced/reversed.
