We released a new version of SportsOptions last night, and unfortunately it had a conflict with some users' settings, causing them to lose their column settings.

If you get a blank screen when you log in, you will need to re-setup your columns. To do this, do the following (you can also call our office - 866-736-3950 or 702-835-1743 - and we will walk you through the setup):

1. From the Setup menu, select Columns.
2. Close the Column Setup Notes window.

First, setup your Fixed Left columns:
1. In 'Move to/from' section, click 'Fixed Left'.
2. From the 'Information columns' add the columns you want to see on the left side of your odds screen. The typical setup is: Details, Date/Time, Game #, Team Names, Record.
3. To add an opening line column, click on the 'Opener' check box, and then select the sportsbook that you want to use for the opening line. You can add multiple opening line columns.

Now setup your sportsbooks (Scroll) columns:
1. In the 'Move to/from' section, click 'Scroll'
2. From the 'Sportsbook columns', add the sportsbooks you want to see.

Click the 'Save' button when you are done.

I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused some users. We have already released another new version that fixed the bug.

Regards,
Rick

Excelent point Bellyputter..

Their customer service is off the charts!

No doubt as all of the on site employees including all of the telephone operators at SportsOptions are up to speed on how the program works and treat all callers in a courteous and ready to help in anyway possible manner.

Very refreshing during these days of "your call is important to us, you are currently number 27 in line to speak to a technical advisor"..

LOVE the SO. Glad you sold me on it Rick.

Rick, I'll know in the next day or two if I'm coming out for March Madness.

Get a J O B.....
I'm getting paid MORE on workmans comp thanks to this being my slowest time and I get paid an average on WC. What a country.

Better put me on post review now, I have 5 more weeks MINIMUM of this. Cubs Spring Training and Vegas in a week, could happen.

Not having Sport's Options is like going into a fight with a pen knife and the other guy has a bazooka. There is n o way to stay on top of the moves , injuries and scores without SO. They have the best product out there in my estimation. What sets them apart from the pretenders is the fact that they are never setting still on their product. About once a month Rick A comes out and say's, we have made a few changes. They just don't sit there and rake the profits in. They are like the company that puts thir money back into the product to make it better., not like the company that has a good thing and takes the money and runs, before long their product is not so good and everyone has caught up. You could pay for SO with one injury report that most everyone else either doesn't get or is at least a few minutes behind.

Rick & S.O, have been awesome........

Just wondering though.....Is there a way that when you type data in the notes column it can be saved from day to day or even overnight?
I'd actually like to be able to view the entire board from the night before (with closing numbers)the following morning, if that is possible. Thanks.
