Mods Help with Sportsbetting

Can some mods please help me with this book... under your forum I saw the decent promotio that have going so I signed up and even refered you guys for credits the only mistake i made was when I signed up I used my dads moneybooker account to deposit instead of mine since I have no funds in my account... after I reazlied the mistake I quickly told the rep what happend... he tld me don't worry just wager and enjy we will provide a resolution to this... I told him how about you just let me withdrawal the funds, then I will redepoit through a different means to avoid any issues because I hate for them to use this bs reason against me when I cashout and won some money all the rep told me was don't worry just wger I will forward it to the accounting team and they will give you a resolution...

Few days later a day prior to the big game they lockied my account up... I called and waitd 10 mins for the custome service rep and this is all he said: "we don't know why but we will respond to you when the accounting team provides some answers... I asked why the day before the big game why now? He could not answer shit... might as well put a machine there as he hd no answers... asked for a manager same thing he said he does not know either... can you believe this? I am beyond frustrated... I even save the dame chat log I had with the iniitial rep who ensure me it wll be fine, now what do I do... I have no funds to wager for tomorrows game...

Hope someone can help since they are one of your sponsors... so far I am not impress with this book...
