I really like Peanut butter on bread or crackers. My weight has been from 210 to 280 the past 10 years and now back down to 225 so I have to avoid it. I would love to eat some, but one small jar of it and seem to gain a few pounds within 2 days. Still one of my favorite foods ever. @)

By far my favorite food item on the planet but will be attempting to avoid buying it from now on. Though whole wheat english muffins with peanut butter is AMAZING. I'm working on summer frame already though so it's gotta stay away. But I'm sure it won't.

PB is not a food you have to cut out when cutting weight. Natural PB can be eaten on celery for a snack that is perfectly acceptable

A lot of very healthy people I know eat that for breakfast. When eaten in small doses there is nothing wrong with it at all. Just have to avoid eating a lot of it.

This thread inspired me to grab a bundle of celery while I was at the store earlier.Just got finished eatting some Thai Chili and some delicious JIF creamy on celery.

i ain't shittin you when i say peanut butter and tuna actually works. I had a friend growing up that used to eat that once in awhile and I would have the same reaction you are having while reading this. at some point I caved in and took a bite. it works. it works well. don't knock it till u try it.
