They'll probably still dominate the luge and bobsleigh events and collect some medals at (womens) biathlon, but other than that they lost some strength compared to 2006, when they scored 29 medals: Thanks to Maria Riesch they might score a medal or two in alpine skiing, but their cross country skiing sucks, ski jumping has gone completely downhill and the men's biathlon team and womens ice speed skating team also is way weaker than 2006.

alpine skiing/snowboard: 2-4
biathlon: 6-9
bobsleigh/luge/skeleton: 8-11
cross-country/nordic combination: 2-4
speed skating: 3-4
And then they might score 1 more at figure skating.
But overall, I would expect them to score somewhere around 28 medals.
