Is there anything more frustrating than talking to a computer company over the phone ?

Bought a HP laptop about 14 months ago.

About 5 weeks ago the frigging thing just shut off . It will not turn back on.

Seems the processor is fried due to over heating.

I get Babu from Seinfeld on the phone and he of course is no help.

I get to spend another 400 bucks repairing a $ 795 lap top. If I choose to.

They have gotten the last penny out of me. Awesome , 14 month shelf life for this piece of shit

steak is one of my closest internet friends...

yes , i've taken it to a shop. similar story.. about 350 to 400 bucks to fix it.

my daughter used a lot and i know she had it on her bed. that thing ran really hot anyway. i'm sure being on a soft surface didnt help.

Frustrating??? Tommy Armour III shot 61(-16)yesterday, and Couples beat him by a shot. Babu should have never changed his menu at his restauraunt. Did you really talk to him?
