I imagine their in shock that I have a winning ticket, and their doubly concerned that their not reading the final score correctly. My losing bets on WVU were graded imediately. Funny thing is the WVU game ended 10 minutes after the ladies games. It is now 55 minutes since games went final and still not graded. Joke city.
Finally an hour and 5 minutes later winnings put in my account. I just notice they canceled a future bet I made. I took Germany +4.5 goals even money 1st 60 minutes, they canceled my wager and now the line is Germany +4.5 goals -20 cents. Do they really need to be doing this to me.

This service is uncalled for. I notified them twice, only to have my notices accepted with deaf ears. 1st notice was 15 minutes after game went final, second notice was 1/2 hour after game went final. Think about it terrible f-en service.
I agree 5 dimes is a solid out for players that don't need Customer Service help. You'll will get paid, alot of betting options, can parlay and buy points most of the time. But want happened last night is uncalled for and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The key ingrediant is that I notified them twice, and Jack H. notified them once and he was treated rudely.
P.S. They did give me the original line on the Canada/Germany game. This was a solid decision be them.

I changed the title of the thread from 'Need help at 5dimes' to 5Dimes because the womans basketball games were graded hours earlier at around 8AM this morning when I changed the title. Once the games were graded there was no need for help. Many books do not allow their back-up personnel to grade games that classify as minor event sports such as Euro soccer, MMA, Rugby, womans hoops and several other categories.
Why - you ask, because sometime finding reliable results for these sports is not easy, so books will wait until an experienced lines manager is available to grade these types of sports to make sure they are graded as reliably as possible.
Some books have their results graded at a separate location than where their CSD is located which again when dealing with the more obscure sports can cause minor delays in order to be certain the results used for grading the event are accurate.
You guys are quick to complain when a book makes a grading error and equally quick when they take extra time to make sure there are no grading errors. An hour and five minutes for a womans basketball grade is not the end of the world.
Bottom line is getting the game graded correctly and that is what happened in this case. The games were graded the money was in Zeeman's account. There was no longer a need for help.
