Just the facts, not a plug. Started with these folks awhile ago. Called in a three team round robin. Checked my account later that night and saw that one of my picks was wrong, it was a similarly sounding team but not my pick. I called customer service and they said, we will review the tape, call us back in a half hour. I forgot to call back and fell asleep. The next morning I checked my account online and the matter was fixed and all the parlays were paid.

They were very repsonsive and professional, a true class act organization. Folks this is a class outfit who treats there players with respect.

one of the very few Ive not tried..have to get hooked up there.. do they have any special days with free 1/2 points or any reduced juice options, like if you take no sign up bonus??

Don't win too much. have a freind that beat them for 6500 and was told to go elsewhere. They were looking for rec players only. Believe me, this guy is not a gar or sharp in any form.

I tried to re-up there ealier this year when they sent me some attractive flyers. I gave them my account number that was inactive for at least a year and they told me they did not want my business. When I asked why I was told "you beat us for $1300 and you did not bet enough football". I remarked that those were pretty weak reasons, but fine, just stop sending the offers...of course the offers keep coming...

Heritage is a very good shop with excellent CS. They don't take new sign ups, you have to get a referral. But once you are in as long as you don't beat them for alot of dough they will take good care of you. They have fantastic contests and they have great promo's during football. No free .5 points but they offer -108 juice online and good signup and reload bonuses as long as you are down. if you are up with them you can't get a bonus unless you deposit enough to cover your wins. Overall excellent book, A rated no doubt

I have been with them for several years and have never had any problems. I agree that their customer service, their contests, and their occasional specials like the "cancel your bet at halftime" are awsome.

Yea, I was given $100 limits if I was going to accept a bonus offer about a year ago.

I did hit a $8K Royal about 4 years ago, was paid quickly
