I think Canada is still the team to beat in olympic Hockey. The US victory was nice but meaningless if they don't finish the job.

after the Russian victory they are now about -140 or so.

Where are you finding these odds ? I already have Canada at + $$ but I would like to see some more odds as of right now !

their path to the final just got a little bit easier with Slovakia upsetting Sweden tonight... I don't see why they wouldn't be the favorite though.. they have outplayed every team they've played against this tourney except for running into a hot Ryan Miller one game. That loss to the US may have been the absolute best thing to happen to them... it knocked them off their pedastals and gave them a shot of reality... and as of right now they are absolutely rolling...

I had seen the odds at matchbook.

Now that Slovakia has advanced making them Canada's next opponent, Canada is now -180.

I actually managed to get Canada at +210 at matchbook after they took a 1-0 lead against Russia. i guess someone had forgotten to take their futures offer down before the game had started.

I believe Canada will more than likely take the Gold but if they & the U.S. do match up again I still think the Americans have a speed advantage on the ice that can't be overlooked....
