Really ! You would have thought the USA just won the Gold the way all the Media and guys like you went bananas ! That great victory only did Canada a big favor and they are way more likely now to win the Gold then if they had walked all over the USA. I'm not Canadian.. I am a USA citizen but my $$ is on Canada as I never wager with my heart. That's one of the first things a successful gambler must learn. GL :toast:
No I don't wager on a game that really didn't resolve anything. Hostility ? What hostility ? The guy said three times in bold caps and mucho exclamation points that Canada was over-rated. I simply am stating that I think this over rated Canadian team will beat the USA ! Nothing hostile meant by me ! Perhaps some of the posters might take heed and not wager their hard earned wages foolishly since Canada is and should be the favorite to win the Gold. If by some fluke the USA is fvored.. then I will be wagering with my mind.. not my heart ! I made a wager that Canada would win the Gold before the games ever started and got + $$ on it. I love my bet but I'm looking to make more if the right oppurtunity arrises.

Slovakia was able to beat Sweden and also Russia in a shootout so I like this line of +780 because anything can happen in one game and Halak can definitely steal one like Miller did against them. But overrated ?? Have you even watched them at all ?? They've been the better team in every game they've played in this tourney (with some obvious crappy goaltending in one game). They had one bad period against the Swiss which cost them, but the Swiss play everyone close and even beat Canada in 2006 olympics. Having that extra playoff game against Germany was a blessing in disguise for them, they are absolutely rolling now and I've never seen anyone dominate the Russians for 60 minutes like they did the other night, far from overrated my friend.
this attempt to try and rub it in our faces is getting silly. Take the +780 and the value you find it, it's your money to throw away, do what you want with it. This will all be settled in the finals, if the americans can get there cause all the value in the world against the Canadians isn't gonna stop them from getting there.
Acutally Canada did the smart thing in replacing the NJ has-been with Luongo.
I'm not saying Slovakia will beat Canada. But there is NO value betting on Canada and +780 is worth a small shot.
