for US

regulation -166 ( a tie would be a push, IMO)

with OT -180

I think the 1st option is better, right ?

I'd like US -.5, but can't get that line

This is the first hockey game of the tournament that I've been seriously weary of a tie. That being said, I played USA -1.

Out of your 2 options, I think the value probably lies in the -166 bet.

hmmmm

at pinnacle isnt it usually the favorite is a bigger favorite in regulation and less of a favorite when OT is included for NHL?

I bet both lines

1st one is Matchbook

2nd one is Heritage (play money this early in the rollover).

I think the fav should be bigger with the OT included SS.

If tied, bet refunds at MB, now at Heritage I'm still live....shouldn't US be even more likely to win the extra time ?

I don't like laying one puck here, need to win by two, I'd rather lay a half at close to even, if I could.

I really want to take -.5 but it is not available to me either. I can only play -185. which I'm not very comfortable with.

Wow, you can't parlay ML to total.

The selections below are invalid within the same parlay because they rely on the same event.

<table width="600" align="center" border="0" cellpadding="5" cellspacing="0"><tbody><tr><td class="TrtTableTitle" align="center">Wager type : Parlay
</td></tr><tr class="TroOdd"><td align="left"> Finland (Semifinals)/USA (Semifinals) Total Points 2/26/2010 12:00:01 PM
OVER 4½ for Game -120 </td></tr><tr class="TreEven"><td align="left"> USA (Semifinals) 2/26/2010 12:00:01 PM
Spread pk for Game -180 </td></tr></tbody></table>

Im almost positive that with regular NHL games.

the fav is more expensive and the dog is bigger when talking regulation only.

when adding OT and SHOOT out the fav becomes less expensive and the dog is smaller.

i could be wrong here, so maybe someone else can chime in, but im almost positive this is how it is.

That's how it is. Because in a relatively short OT period or SO the dog
has a better chance to win than in an entire game of 60 minutes.

It's the same idea as in the NBA where a favorite may be -600 ML for
the game but only -350 for the 1H and -220 for the 1Q.

I don't recall how it goes, bet most hockey at MB, not used to regulation lines as an option.
