March Madness is really all about the opening week starting Thursday March 18 through Saturday March 21. Sweet 16 weekend seems slow compared to first weekend. I've been going to the opening week for over 25 years now.

I should be back in town. Catch games either at my pad. 2 50" Bravias or the small comfortable book at Rampart. Thursday and Friday days aren't bad for a visit to the Rhino for games, booze and strippers. Always a good time.

Rampart is in summerlin right? I wouldn't mind getting away from "the madness" as the books I frequent are absolute zoos the 1st weekend. How would you rate the book at rampart?

All depends on what you are looking for. Just make sure you get there early! 30-45 minutes before game time, the lines are ridiculous. Sometimes I have been in line, and not gotten to the front in time to get my bet in. I learned since and either place my bets the night before, or get there atleast an hour before tip off.

I go to Bally's now which I really like.

I move between Mandalay, MGM, and bellagio personally. If you plan on sitting on your ass all day and watching games, then bellagio is the spot. Save me a seat while you're at it :103631605

... And yes, the lines are looooonnngggg! All 2h wagers must be made with your local/offshore usually

Damn...anyone know where I can go that doesn't involve me waiting 30-45 minutes to place a wager?

Sounds like I should bring my netbook "just in case".
