Webb is making fine progress from August shoulder surgery, but the D'Backs want to make sure he's fully healthy before throwing him in a live game. "It’s a long season," Byrnes said Friday afternoon. "If we get 30 starts from him, great. If we get 20, that’s great. We just need to get it right." He should be knocked down a notch in fantasy leagues.
