U joking around or u mean bet every single game on the team that is averaging more runs? That could get a little expensive

Best system I saw on here last year was by username 1968. He plays home teams favored by at least -140 odds on the first game of a homestand and then chases them if they lose for the 3 game series. Record was like 80-1 last year. If you don't like martingale betting then use a labourchere with it.

mlb.com is the best source and best system to follow.just gotta do you research hard and heavy and stick with money lines.that's all i fuck with in the mlb season. i did pretty good last year (netted 12 and change) off of money lines only. with so many below average teams it's good to exploit them. look for pitcher vs. team matchups and how that pitcher does against the team.mlb.com has a great tool for this.

by the way what's the buffet gambler?

labourchere. had to look that one up on wiki.

Probably would help if I spelled it right.(Labouchere) I'm sure you found it anyway but it is a way to chase without the bets getting out of hand and risking too much when you get to the last game of a chase.

Martingale System

I believe the criteria for the system is must be the home team, must be first game of at least 3 game series, must have won 2 out of last 3, and -140 or higher. Almost seems too good to be true but I will follow it this year.

Select the best 10 home teams and wait until they have two consecutive home losses.
Then start chasing them for the next three home games.
Avoid them if they play with good road teams (e.g. BOS, PHI, NYY, LAA etc)
End the plays before September.
Problem is not too many plays come around.

Also another nice system I played last year was the following:
Wait for a home sweep of any team, does not matter how bad it is...
Next home series, you chase them to win one game.

I like it because odds are usually reasonable.
End the plays before September.
A thread on this subject was closed last year on this forum, someone said the system was ...patented lol.

That is the Martingale System posted by someone last year in this forum. They say it was 80-1?? I don't know and I didn't make it up but I am ready to try it if it is right. Only problem now is will a book let you do it if it is correct 98% of the time?? I want to kick back and let it roll??

Just use a couple different books and you won't have any issues. Remember that 80-1 is tremendous but that one loss eats alot of your profit when doing martingale chases at -140 and higher odds. If you have 3 losses in a season you will be lucky to break even. That game 3 will make you have heart attacks with all the money you will have on it. I have a hard time with following through and putting that much money on one game. That's why I like the labouchere method better or just waiting until the home favorite you like loses game 1 and then chase the last 2 games. Less stress and less on the line in those game 3's.

I do bet a lot of dogs early. It takes a little time for the veteran teams to find their groove. Most pitchers are on short pitch counts early too. Bullpens play a big key.

say you go to win 100 dollars on game 1, do martingale, then what did the 80-1 record yield in profit ?

does anybody want to do the math on this system for say, the last 5 or 10 years ?
point well taken that 3 or more losses could wipe you out.
