i can laugh about it now, but one time when i was 22 or 23 years old i sent letters to a few vegas books, asking for any information they could send me about what sports gambling they might have available.
not one reply lol.
a bit off topic, i did a lot of out of the blue contacting in my youth, mainly out of curiosity. i'd send letters to manufacturers in distant provinces, requesting any information or samples they could send me for a ''class project'' i was working on. i would get unbelievable stuff in the mail, sometimes they would send a box of junk, and they paid the postage, $15 or $16 at times. mines would send samples of whatever they were extracting etc.
i always sent a thank you note back also.
but again not a peep from vegas sportsbooks.
