The President and Chief Operating Officer of the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas was found dead today, with an apparent self-inflicted gun wound to the head ... law enforcement tells TMZ.Andrew (Randy) Kwasniewski was found by his wife this AM in their Las Vegas home.

The Las Vegas Metro Police Department has launched an investigation. We're told they are viewing it as an apparent suicide.

What was that movie about 10 years ago or so where some man with a big time job shot himself because he owed a fortune in gambling debt?

He was borrowing thousands from his co-workers who also were big timers and they couldnt figure out why he would be needing to borrow money with the amount he was making.........

I'm gonna guess he was gambling funds he had access too, was losing at a rate too high to cover up and it was about to blow up on him.
