Once you are signed up email me your Sports Options User name (no need to send password) along with a shipping address to person19481950@yahoo.com include what size T-shirt you want (sorry - no small or medium shirts in stock).

Call Sports Options CSD at toll free 1-866-736-3950 and tell them you are a poster at The Rx.com and explain you are trying to sign up for their free one week promotion but are getting the notice you posted above.
They will help you figure out what the problem is and most likely get you signed up.

*One black Sharpie Marker
Shirt says "THE" on the front and "RX" on the back.
If you're too lazy to make your own, I'm also selling them for $25.95 a piece. Be the envy of all your friends by owning one of these classy, unofficial RX Ts.
