"I think a couple weeks late, three weeks late, is something that’s more reachable," said Webb, who is currently working his way back from shoulder surgery. "I’m good with that – as long as my arm feels good." Webb complained of his arm feeling "stagnant" just two weeks ago, but feels some increased optimism after a throwing session with teammate Dan Haren on Sunday. "It felt like I was throwing hard as hell," said Webb. The fact that he will get off to a late start will push his ADP back even further, but he's certainly worth a DL stash if you can swing it.
