I got an email from a local bookie that some how had my email address. It was a credit book that wanted my business. Has anyone had this happen? Is it a scam?

I got this also:

<table class="messageListTable" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="99%"><tbody><tr><td colspan="2" class="messageSubject">Bet on Credit/Your Account</td></tr><tr><td class="headerLeft">From:</td><td class="headerRight" id="fromValue">ATS BOOK <atsbooklv3@gmail.com></td></tr><tr><td class="headerLeft" nowrap="nowrap">To:</td><td class="headerRight">atsbooklv@gmail.com</td></tr><tr><td class="headerLeft" nowrap="nowrap">Date:</td><td class="headerRight"><script>document.write(DateFormat.FormatDate(new Date(1268862758000),"E, NNN d, yyyy h:mm a"));</script>Wed, Mar 17, 2010 5:52 pm</td></tr> </tbody></table> Fellow gambler, I have received your email from an associate from a popular web posting board. I am taking on a few select players to utilize our "Local" wagering operation and infrastructure. Reply back for more details.
