Let me first say that I tried to handle this matter off the forums before posting it here. I deposited right before BFC Mike got arrested and have since ran up a low 5 figure balance. I first requested a pay out almost a month ago. I have been given 20 different excuses by BFC as a whole as to why they couldn't pay me. I was trying to get this done quietly through The Judge, but he mysteriously can't answer his phone or respond to an e-mail anymore. Each day for the last 3 weeks I have been told " you will be paid tomorrow." Call the next day and get told " they are in a meeting, or the people in charge of payouts are gone for the day. " No matter what time of day, they are always gone for the day.

I feel I have been more than patient in waiting nearly a month. I have been flat out lied to by The Judge and BFC as a whole. I have e-mails from BFC to back up what I'm saying. Don't send these guys a penny, no matter how good of a bonus they are dangling. For a shop that wants us to believe they pay quicker than anyone, waiting a month for a pay out seems ridiculous.

email wilhiem or another mod and they will be sure to forward ur info to him.

not sure he can help out 100% though cuz they dont sponsor here .. but im sure he has plenty of pull in offshore world so it cant hurt to try.

another idea is bring up your case to sportsbookreview and see if they have similiar cases.

Dustdevil certainly has a legitimate complaint but the fact of the matter is that everything I have told him has been the truth. Unfortunately, I have not been in control of Mike's wife's travel plans and he has been the victim of the circumstances around her having spent 18 of the past 21 days out of Costa Rica as she deals with her husband's legal issues. This has resulted in several delays in taking care of his payout request and that is certainly regrettable.

I have been in airports and in the air most of the afternoon and am only now getting settled in but was copied on an email from Mike's wife to dustdevil that was apparently sent this evening in which she has stated that he will receive payment in the morning. I assume that this will be the case but had already told her earlier today that if the man was not paid by the end of the weekend that I intend to pay him myself.

The BFC finances are just fine but as one might imagine, the events over the past four weeks have created a host of logistical problems and Mike's wife being gone to deal with what I know she considers to be a more pressing matter have complicated matters further.

This will be my only statement on this matter and I will either wait on dustdevil to post that he has been paid or as I have stated, I will pay him myself. By the way, this is the only outstanding payout request at BetFirstClass which I am sure does not make dustdevil feel any better about his situation.

Must stand for Be the First Customer cus he's apparently the only guy asking for a payout. If the wife is the only 1 who can pay and shes been gone over 2 weeks and he's the only person complaining id say he's their only customer.....

The Judge is a good solid guy that many posters respect. His boss on the other hand is kind of a nut job.

A leader or manager of a company should be able to leave the business for vacation or whatever and things should flow seemlessly. Lesson learned for BFC.

A BetFirstClass (SBR rating D) slow-pay complaint has been reported. Three weeks ago a player requested $2472 by Western Union. The player states he has been unable to reach any BetFirstClass manager via telephone or live chat to discuss his payout status.

Read Judge's response to this over at SBR, basically confirms what I suspected...SBR posted this without contacting him. Now I have full respect for SBR and their staff, but why post this without contacting the owner, espc. when he just posted in their forum earlier in the day.

By all accounts a solid guy, why post a reported slow pay without getting in touch with ownership first. Hell, I can post anything here, doesn't make it true. Wonder if SBR would do the same for a sponsor book (got one in mind whose been making news recently).
