I'm looking to withdrawl some funds after college hoops season winds down. This will be my first time withdrawing funds from 5Dimes. I thought I remembered reading that they offered one free cashout per month. However I was just playing around on the cashier page and it looks like they are going to charge me $15 to do it.
Is the one free cashout a month only available at a specific day/time or something? It's not a big deal, it's only $15, but still I'd rather not pay it if I can avoid it. Thanks.
