How do you get Youtube videos to show up when googling?

Here is the deals guys, this is for business, not some stupid video I want the world to see just so I get my rocks off.....

When someone searches for my company, I want my youtube videos to show up. All the videos are a few testimonials of people who have done business with me.

a) put the videos directly into the homepage of your site

b) put your company name in the tags of the video when you upload it to youtube

c) put your company name in the title of your youtube video
