Upton singled, stole a base and scored in the second inning, though it's not yet clear when he suffered the injury. He was replaced in the lineup by Cole Gillespie. Losing Upton for any length of time would obviously be a big blow to the Diamondbacks, so we'll pass along more on his status it becomes available.
