If I was going back to just study something that interest me greatly, it would be
INDUSTRIAL PSYCOLOGY... anyone ever heard of this.. Funniest, most interesting class I ever took. Unforunately I didnt take this until my senior year, otherwise I would of switched majors. It's basically if Business and Psycology had a baby, this would be it... It's using psycology for a better business enviroment to for the employees as well as the clients... fascinating stuff, but then again, I imagine its nearly impossible to get a job in this field...
If I was going to Un-done my waste of time Business MGMT degree to get a great, steady job, it would be engineering. In my small city we have two nuclear enginneering places (not the acutal plants, but places that work on them) and they are both huge, and pay exteremly high... We have a massive need for Engineers and it's always been that way here... My best friend and I went to the same College, within 1 year of working he was able to build a $300k house (which is very nice here) and thats just his "pool" house.. His plans in a couple years are to build the main living quarters... And here I am, much smarter than him, more experience with many more things, and I struggle to find any job paying more than 30k per year... engineering is the way to go.
