95% of people are taking an L on this one. 98% of all books had 8.5. All the locals in my town had 8.5. The few books that had 8 only got there 40 min before the game. As always have to keep it real.

I like how zags throws out percentages like he actually knows WTF he is talking about. He knows that 95% took a loss, 98% of the books had -8.5 AND "ALL" the locals in his shit town had -8.5.

I had -8, so suck on that! Almost all the offshore books, and a few Vegas books, had this at -8 an hour before tip. Go look at VegasInsider, Mr. 98%.

I am still going to grade this play as a loss for the fade just because it was at -8.5 for the majority of the day. This just proves once again that the Fade Record is the least accurate record of all the records kept because people fade Lang differently and people get different lines. The only TRUE fade record is the one you keep for yourself!

They just don't play well here.

In a nutshell, the Heat have lost their last 7 regular season meetings at the TD Gardens.

They did get a playoff win here last year but for whatever reason, they are lacking a little intensity for regular season games.

As for the Celtics, they are playing their best ball of the year right now winning 4 in a row and 6 of their last 7 SU and ATS.

They won and covered their last 4 home games before their 8 game road trip which saw them go 4-4 SU and ATS losing their last game at Philly 99-86.

This team hasn't lost since.

Crushed the Wizards by 12 at home, won and covered at Charlotte by 7, blew out the Jazz by 12 laying 3 1/2 and destroyed the T'Wolves on the road by 21.

Yes, Ray Allen is a game time decision but my sources tell me he could have played Friday night but was held out for this game today.

The Heat are 4-6 SU their last 10 road games and are also 1-6 ATS last 7 road games versus a team with a home winning PCT of greater than .600 and are also just 1-6 ATS last 7 meetings in Boston.

As for the Celtics they are 6-0 ATS last 6 at home, 22-8 ATS last 30 Sunday games and the hometeam is 9-3 ATS last 12 in this series.

This game looks to be tight the whole way and I will back the surging Celtics to get the win and cover at home tonight.
