We Talk all the time about The Best, Worst, etc.... But Last Night, I Found the Stupidest Movie I Ever Saw.

The Movie is called, Dead Heat ( 1988 )

Stars......Treat Williams & Joe Piscopo

Roger Mortis and Doug Bigelow are cops that are chasing crooks that are dead serious about crime. Or should I say they are chasing dead crooks perpetrating serious crimes? Seems some nutcase has learned how to bring back the dead and is sending them on crime sprees. Now these indestructable goons are in the way of officers Mortis and Bigelow. To even things up, when Mortis is killed (in the line of duty, of course) he gets a jump start from the Resurrection machine and takes the fight to the zombie bad guys.

I didn't even finish the box but the first twenty minutes was pretty bad.
Observe and Report was the worst I've seen in a while and it was in a theater so I felt obligated to finish it.
Anything Eddie Murphy has done in the past decade could be on this list, excluding the Shrek movies.

In the mid eighties one came out called "The Boy Who Could Fly". I just remember it was about a kid who had some kind of magical powers and could actually fly around the town they lived in.

Never saw it, but remember when it was coming out.

Yeah it was a real clunker. We laughed at ourselves for blowing a price for admission to see it. I had a few 16 Oz Budweiser's before we went in and it still was just stupid. I mean a boy who could fly. How stupid could it get.

ok, so I am laid up with a busted hip. The little lady asks if we can watch "where the wild things are". 20 minutes into the movie and it's unbearable. painful even. We used fast fwd to try and move fwd to better parts. no luck. The movie is horrible and also qualifies as, per OP, stupid.
